At the *MFC 8th Stamping, Deep Drawing & High-Speed Stamping Technology Forum* held in Dongguan on October 30, 2025, Ms. Jiang Xiuhua, our company's Chief Technology Officer, was appointed as a founding initiator of the Servo Forging Forming Technology Alliance. This milestone signifies our company's commitment to being a practitioner and promoter of the localization of servo presses, dedicated to advancing servo technology and facilitating industrial upgrade.
Servo presses, renowned for their significant advantages in high precision, efficiency, flexibility, and energy savings, have become mainstream equipment in international high-end manufacturing. In recent years, with the reduction in costs associated with domestic servo presses, many Chinese companies have begun adopting them for production. The benefits are evident in improved product quality, extended mold life, and increased production cycles.
Jiangsu Juhe Zhiduan's servo forging technology is at an advanced level domestically. Our project capacity ranges from 25T to 2000T, widely applied in the precision stamping of various components such as camera housings, radar housings, plate heat exchanger sheets, metal diaphragms, lithium battery structural parts (covers), 46-series large cylindrical steel shells, and hydrogen fuel cell metal bipolar plates. We also undertake servo upgrade retrofits for traditional presses.
Ms. Hu Yujuan, Head of Sales, delivered a report titled "Development Trends of Servo Stamping Equipment for New Energy Structural Components." She provided an in-depth explanation and case studies on how servo presses achieve the stamping formation of new energy structural parts.
